This study presents evidence of minimum two main construction phases in the building development of the Old Town Hall. The completion of the lower part of its tower, including the oriel with a chapel, can newly be dated from 1365-1366, since the earliest gallery of arms in the Town Hall may be identified with the eighteen burghers-town councillors, who were in the session of that period and participated on the completion of the building. This article concerns the embellishment of St. Cyril and Methodius' church in Prague-Karlín as a supplement to the previous article about its architectural realisation. The study presents the theme of plastic decoration of Prague buildings, based on detailed research of the Rákosník Sculptural-Stucco Firm in Prague Karlín, which used to be one of the largest firms of that type in Prague, with the longest period of production. Its history and development from the late 19th century to the first half of the following century was reconstructed, which fundamentally widened the fragmentary knowledge of certain pieces of work, pursued by this firm also in several other Prague quarters outside Karlín or often outside Prague. This article aims at the interpretation of the heritage values of Karlín heritage zone, determining the protection and renovation rules of the parks' maintenance on important public spaces. The article analyses the historic composition development based on the archive evidence, current specialized knowledge and field surveys of the current state. The public spaces are reviewed in the context of their location within the Karlín heritage zone, and the current state is evaluated regarding the dendrological classification.
