AB A building history survey produced new data concerning the structural development of the Gothic presbytery and the adjacent two-floor chapel of the church of Our Lady Beneath the Chain, a part of the Knights of St. John commandry area. The studied context is a key feature and currently the only one known for identification of the first Gothic changes of the Romanesque basilica and for understanding the development phases of the Gothic temple. Primarily the early and late Gothic building phases were classified in detail by intermediate discoveries.
