Palynological analysis of later sediments from horizontal engineering - geotechnical bore holes into the part of the plot without cellars identified a high concentration of pollen grains, from which some determined species indicate a damp site, which could be explained by the presence of surface water in the Middle Ages. Compilation of knowledge gained from underneath No. 1308/II and its surroundings leads to a presumption, that this is the last site, where the Vinohradsky stream flew until the ditch of Prague Nove Mesto defences dammed its course.
